Filtration principle of self-cleaning filter

The fluid flows from the inlet and flows out from the small gap of the wedge-shaped filter cartridge in the filter. The impurity particles are easily trapped. When the impurity particles accumulate on the filter surface, the pressure difference will be generated. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.5kg/cm2 (adjustable), the backwashing system of the filter will start to work automatically. The operation consists of a differential pressure controller arranged on the body, an electric drain valve and a rotating stainless steel cleaning brush driven by a motor. Impurity particles are easily brushed down by the steel brush and then discharged through the drain valve. The backwashing time lasts for about 15 seconds (adjustable) and flows continuously during backwashing.
